We recognize that justice is not one-dimensional. Our work is grounded in an intersectional approach that addresses the deep, systemic connections between racial, economic, environmental, and health inequities. Together with our clients and communities, we design strategies that are not only effective, but also inclusive, sustainable, and justice-centered. Our areas of focus include, but are not limited to: economic development, climate and clean energy, public health, environmental justice, racial justice, and public education. Through every engagement, we aim to advance transformational change by centering those most impacted, honoring lived experience, and building pathways toward a more equitable and resilient future.
